Bathroom Mirrors – 2 Year Limited Warranty

Ratel warrants its bathroom mirrors to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for two (2) years from the initial date of purchase. Warranty for all electronic components shall be limited to one (1) year.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the mirror is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the mirror and parts for One (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Ratel will, at its equal value election, repair, replace this product or any part of this product if it confirms that the product is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Ratel is not responsible for expense of normal maintenance, removal, installation, labor charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Ratel exceed the purchase price of the product.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Ratel with all warranty claims.

Restrictions

This warranty does not extend to products previously used as display models or products that have been modified or repaired by anyone else but Ratel unless approved by Ratel.

This warranty does not cover the defects or damage arising from shipping, installation, alterations, accidents, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance and use of other than Ratel replacement parts, in all cases whether caused by contractor, service company, the owner or any other person.

Avoid using cleaning products containing calcium hypo chlorine, scouring powders. Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or wire brushes, as these will damage and wear down the finish. Gloss reduction, scratching, staining and acid or alkaline etching of the finish over time due to use, cleaning practices or water or atmospheric conditions, are not manufacturing defects but are indicative of normal wear and tear.

Bath Accessories - Lifetime Limited Warranty

Ratel warrants its bath accessories in chrome, brushed nickel finishes to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for the lifetime of the product. All Ratel Plumbing Products carry Ratel's one-year limited warranty unless otherwise noted.

The warranty commences from the initial date of purchase by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer, through the lifetime of the original purchaser for personal household use in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the accessories are used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the accessories for five (5) years from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Ratel with all warranty claims.

Bathtubs – 10 Year Limited Warranty

Ratel warrants its bathtubs to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for ten (10) years from the initial date of purchase.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the bathtub is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the bathtub for three (3) years from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Ratel with all warranty claims.

Restrictions

This warranty does not extend to products previously used as display models or products that have been modified or repaired by anyone else but Ratel unless approved by Ratel.

Ratel does not warrants chipping, scratches, stains, or knife marks due to misuse or abuse of surface, discoloration due to bleaches, dyes or acids, perfumes, solvents and/or problems caused by leaky plumbing or rust damage.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the vanity is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the bathroom vanity and parts for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the faucet is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the faucet for two (2) years, any part in brushed gold or matte black finish for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

If the sink is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the sink for five (5) years from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Ratel with all warranty claims.

Ratel warrants its cabinet handles in chrome, brushed nickel finishes only to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for the lifetime of the product. Warranty for any part in oil rubbed bronze or matte black finish shall be limited to one (1) year.

If the handles are used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the handles for five (5) years, any part in oil rubbed bronze or matte black finish for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Ratel with all warranty claims.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the shower panel is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the shower panel and parts for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

Shower door glass and hardware

Ratel warrants the glass of shower doors to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for ten (10) years from the initial date of purchase. Warranty for plastic seal strips, sweeps or any other vinyl components shall be limited to one (1) year. Ratel does not warrant glass for scratches, chips, water spots, breaking or any other damage after installation.

Shower door hardware

Ratel warrants shower door hardware (i.e. handles, rollers, hinges, profiles, clips, guides, brackets, towel bars) to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal residential usage for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase.

Ratel extends this warranty to the original purchaser by Ratel or an authorized Ratel dealer for personal household use of the product in its original location. The warranty is non-transferable.

If the shower door is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the glass of shower doors for Three (3) year, parts for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.

If the toilet is used in public space, for commercial, industrial, or institutional purposes, or is installed outside of the Americas, Ratel warrants the toilet and parts for one (1) year from the initial date of purchase, with all other terms of this warranty applying except duration.
