Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted upon approval within 30 calendar days from the initial date of purchase, must be in full factory sealed packing and in resalable condition only and accompanied with a receipt without exceptions. 20% Restocking Fee WILL be applied on all returnable items.
Ratel USA Inc. ('Ratel') reserves the right to determine the condition and salability of returned items. Any items with visible signs of use, or noticeable odors, will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses involved.
Damaged or missing items
Must be reported within 15 days of receiving your product in order to ensure proper credit. To report damage or missing items in your order please call Ratel USA (1-954-368-3889).
All sales on clearance items are final, nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund as long as the item has not been processed. Once an item is processed, the terms of our Return Policy will apply.

A Customer Service representative will assist you and confirm whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Once Ratel has received the returned item and determined the item to be in new and resalable condition, a credit in the amount of the original invoice less a 20% restocking fee and the cost of shipping will be issued.
All authorized refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are given in the original method of payment.
